As an HR Intern at Dhire Company & Services, you will be deeply involved in the dynamic world of human resource management. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow while working remotely from India within a fixed UK shift schedule (6 hours/day). Though unpaid, this role is structured to provide international exposure, skill development, and the potential for full-time conversion based on performance. Your primary responsibilities will include recruitment and hiring tasks, such as posting job openings across multiple platforms, sourcing and screening candidates, and recruiting campus ambassadors and sales interns from colleges and universities. You will actively engage in partnership and outreach efforts by building relationships with universities, colleges, and student communities, as well as maintaining ties with campus representatives and community leaders. The onboarding and coordination phase will see you scheduling meetings with candidates, partners, and internal teams, facilitating the smooth integration of new hires into their roles, and providing guidance and support throughout their onboarding process. Additionally, you will assist in team and process management tasks, ensuring timely execution of deliverables, monitoring progress, and supporting task-based payment processes.
